Amanda Bisk is a former Australian pole vaulter, qualified exercise physiologist, personal trainer, elite athletics coach, gymnastics coach, and Yoga and Pilates instructor. With over 15 years of coaching experience working with general populations to elite athletes, Amanda strives to provide a unique training experience that balances physical fitness, strength, skill, and mobility along with mental health and positivity.
Her fitness app, Fresh Body Fit Mind is home to a huge library of follow-along workouts, guided Yoga and Pilates programs, and plant-based recipes that help a worldwide community access professional training and nourishment from home. Amanda’s goal is to spread her love of fitness and provide qualified guidance that will help all people enjoy being physically fit, mentally strong, and all-round confident, regardless of their abilities.
