Brandon Chong started off as a Competitive Dancer and a Figure Skater in his earlier movement days. He picked up Yoga when he was serving the Navy as a Naval Officer for 5 years. He found both the beauty of movement and discipline in his Yoga Practice; a practice that unites both strength and flexibility through movement techniques. As a coach, Brandon has taught people from all walks of lives, from those who has no experience in any fitness style all the way to Athletes through his background in using movement and relaxation techniques to help balance the strength and flexibility in his flow and yin type classes. He believes that anyone can benefit with Yoga, and how Yoga aids in the mindfulness of everyday life.
