Overcoming depression and anxiety has led Sjana Elise to find her true self in the world of yoga and wellness. Now, she makes it her mission to help others in their own journey of self-discovery, self-confidence, and self-love.
The 500-hour Yoga Teacher facilitates classes, events, and retreats both worldwide and online. Amassing an online community of over 1.4 million people, Sjana continues to vulnerably share her life and lessons in the safe and social virtual space.
Although originally trained in Vinyasa, she is also an avid practitioner of Pilates and HIIT style workouts. This has led her to incorporate a mixture of different styles into her yoga classes. The result? A light-hearted, fun, and relatable way to celebrate life through the practice of Yoga. To continually rediscover radical self-acceptance and to cultivate a deep sense of inner joy.
Sjana is also the author of “You Will Rise” – a poetry and photography book curated from her years of travelling. It is a culmination of her experiences, of life’s ups and downs, of lessons, loves, and losses. A truly heart-warming reflection of what it means to “find yourself” in this modern world.
