WHERE AND WHEN IS GLOW FESTIVAL BY PRUDENTIAL 2026 HAPPENING?
Glow Festival by Prudential 2026 returns this July with its biggest edition yet — a 10-day island-wide celebration taking over Sentosa from 10 to 19 July.

The festival unfolds across Sentosa through collaborations with leading hotels, attractions and lifestyle destinations. Spend the week exploring everything from wellness escapes, nourishing culinary moments and rejuvenating treatments offering a different way to step out of routine and into the Glow state of mind.
Main Festival Grounds at Palawan Green 17 to 19 July
Across eight immersive festival zones, guests can flow seamlessly through a vibrant lineup of world-class celebrity instructors, electrifying mass workouts, soul-centering workshops, deep recovery sanctuaries, interactive experiences, inspirational movement classes, consciously crafted food and unforgettable live music performances from international headliners set beneath the breathtaking Cupola.

Main Festival Grounds

HOW DO I GET TO AND OUT OF THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS AT PALAWAN GREEN?
MRT to VivoCity
· Take the North-East Line or Circle Line and alight at the HarbourFront Station. From there, you may either go to the 3rd Level of VivoCity Shopping Mall, transfer onto the Sentosa Express or you may take a stroll down the Sentosa boardwalk.
Sentosa Express
· The Sentosa Express, located at VivoCity (Lobby L, Level 3), provides easy access to Sentosa. The monorail operates from 7am to 12mn.
By Taxi
· Ask your taxi driver to head for Beach Station. Alight at Beach Station and then follow the directional signage to the venue.
By Car
· You can drive through the main gantry. Once on the island, head towards the Beach Station car park and then follow the signs to the venue.
· Standard parking fees are applicable:
· $0.02/min - 7am-5pm
· $2.40/entry from 5.01pm – 6.59am the following day
Singapore Cable Car
· To get here, alight at Harbourfront MRT and take Exit B (Harbourfront Center). Follow directional signs leading to the Singapore Cable Car station at HarbourFront Tower II.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY TICKET FEE?
Tickets provide access to all classes, workshops and experiences on a first come first served basis, however you may reserve a spot in the next scheduled class by collecting a token from the relevant Zone. All classes with our amazing celebrity instructors Emi Wong, Chontel Duncan and Joe Wicks will be held under the grand Cupola at the Main Stage where there is room for hundreds of mats, however we would suggest getting there in good time to secure your spot.

ARE TICKETS TRANSFERABLE/REFUNDABLE?
All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
I HAVE REGISTERED AND MADE PAYMENT. WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION E-MAIL?
A couple of reasons you may not have received your confirmation e-mail:
1) Due to your mailbox settings, it could have been filtered into your spam/junk folder.
2)Your registration was unsuccessful.
3) The email address that you have entered at the point of registration is incorrect or invalid.
Drop us an e-mail at hello@glowfestival.sg, along with the e-mail address you used during the registration and we can check your registration status.
CAN CHILDREN COME TO GLOW?
Definitely. All children aged 11 years and under can enter the festival for free but they will need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
WHAT IS THE ATTIRE FOR THE FESTIVAL?
Our advice here is for you to dress appropriately for the activities you will be involved in! We are looking forward to seeing a myriad of athleisure and festival outfits. If you are participating in the 5K Run, do make sure you have proper running shoes on.
ARE THERE ANY CHANGING/SHOWER FACILITIES?
You can freshen up at the public changing and shower facility located at the Beach Station which is just 2mins walk from the venue.
CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS?
Yes you may. All ticket holders are allowed to leave and re-enter festival grounds at any time.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?
No. Outside food and drinks are not allowed to be taken into the festival grounds.
ENTRY POLICIES
For the safety and enjoyment of all patrons, the following items are strictly prohibited:
• Smoking or vaping
• Outside food and beverages
• Drugs, illegal substances, or drug paraphernalia
• Sharp objects, weapons, or dangerous items
• Professional photography, video, or audio recording equipment
• Personal or sealed water bottles
• Laser pointers, drones, large banners (larger than A2), or flags
• Chairs, stools, tents, or bulky furniture
• Long-handled umbrellas
All bags and belongings are subject to security checks upon entry.
HOW DO I TAKE PART IN THE GLOW MILES RUN?
When purchasing tickets for Glow Festival by Prudential 2026, you automatically have access to the Glow Miles Run. Just tick which date you’re keen on joining when buying your tickets and check in by 7:30AM, the warm up for the run starts at 8:00AM and flag off will be at 8:30AM
WHEN AND WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY GLOW MILES TEE AND MEDAL?
After completing the run, you’ll be handed the meals and collections of tees will be at the registration booth, only given after showing your medal.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE GLOW MILES FUN RUN?
We strongly encourage all runners to be checked in at the festival by 7:30AM. The warm up for the run kick starts at 8:00AM and the first flag off will take place at 8:30AM.
IS THE GLOW MILES RUN TIMED?
There’s no pressure on our run. The run is not timed but if you would like to keep track of your own personal time, feel free to do so!
CAN I STILL JOIN THE RUN IF I’M LATE?
You may still join the run if you happen to be running late. However do note that the run is expected to end at 9:00AM so ensure that you have sufficient time to complete the route.
I AM INTERESTED IN BOOKING INTO A CLASS, HOW DO I DO SO?
We’re using a token system this year to manage capacity. Class tokens are given out on a first come, first served basis, up to an hour before each class. If a session is full, you may claim a token for the next available class, head over to our larger group sessions at the Cupola Stage, or explore other spaces and activities within the festival grounds.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF IT RAINS?
Glow Festival by Prudential is a rain or shine event.
WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL ON SALE?
Yes. You can purchase beer and spirits at the various bars located within the event. Remember to drink responsibly!
WILL THERE BE BAG STORAGE?
Pack light! There will be limited bag storage available to store your belongings. Just remember that it is on a first-come-first-served basis, so do head down to the festival early.
IS THE FESTIVAL PET-FRIENDLY?
Yes! We love our furry friends. However, do be mindful of other participants around and ensure that your pet is always under supervision.
