Meet Your Instructor: Gabrielle Mendoza

Gabrielle Mendoza is a certified yoga therapist and principal trainer for Restorative Yoga at Uncovering the Oasis Within, and a Manduka practitioner and wellbeing facilitator based in Singapore.

 

With over a decade of experience, she specialises in Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing and Yoga Therapy, supporting individuals navigating chronic stress, pain and burnout through a warm, grounded approach that blends science with intuition. Her practice focuses on conscious relaxation, helping people reconnect with calm, clarity and inner ease.
