Do Math to Sleep

A 10-minute talk on how the Bedtime is Personal even if Sleep is universally relevant to us. Drawing on his personal and professional experience as a Sleep Coach, he goes beyond the usual sleep advice to find a wind-down routine that fits your life.

Many responsible adults do their best to stay healthy and productive, yet often end the day with overactive minds and poor-quality sleep. This class explores change-resilient habits that help you consistently find peace at night and energy for tomorrow

Meet Your Instructor: Joshua Wong

Joshua Wong is a Sleep Coach (Duke-Trained and ICF-Certified) who helps busy adults improve their energy, focus, and peace of mind with foundational health habits. By combining performance and health coaching, he also addresses the sources of stress and disrupted routines.

Joshua’s approach is shaped by his experience as a program manager and data analyst. His last role was the regional well-being and DEI lead at a global tech company, where he managed a team and supported the performance of 5,000+ colleagues across Asia.

In his free time, he practices weightlifting, yoga, and (physical) theatre to unwind. He’s an ACE-certified Personal Trainer and is working on getting his 100 points for his IPPT (i.e. perfect score for the Singapore military fitness test).
