Move to Feel, Breathe to Be

A gentle, mobility-based flow led by steady breaths, while combining mindful movement with nourishing stretches. Explore intuitive, somatic movement through joint articulation and sequential spinal movement, connected by fluid transitions. An invitation to look inward and reflect, observing how movement feels more than how it looks. This practice offers moments to slow down and reconnect with your inner self. Open to all levels and ideal for easing into the day with calm and presence.
