Gabrielle Mendoza is a certified Yoga Therapist, Principal Trainer for Restorative Yoga at Uncovering the Oasis Within, and Brand Ambassador for Manduka Singapore. With over a decade of experience in wellbeing facilitation, she specialises in Restorative Yoga and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, supporting individuals and organisations in nervous system regulation, stress resilience, and burnout prevention.
