Runflow: Pilates for Faster Miles

The class every runner needs but does not know it yet. RunFlow targets muscle imbalances that slow performance and increase injury risk, including weak glutes, tight hip flexors, unstable ankles and a core that switches off when fatigue sets in. Through controlled, Pilates-based movement, deep stabilising strength is built to maintain form even as fatigue rises.

Expect improved hip mobility, a stronger push-off and a more efficient stride that holds even past kilometre 15. This is not stretching. This is targeted training designed to help you run longer, stronger and with fewer aches.
