Meet Your Instructor: Pattamon Kerdlappol

Pattamon Kerdlappol (Patt) is a certified 3rd Generation Classical Pilates instructor, trained through Alycea Ungaro’s Real Pilates Teacher Training Program at Flex Studio Singapore, and fully certified with BASI Pilates. After discovering Pilates in Bangkok in 2019, Patt experienced its transformative power firsthand. Her journey deepened when she trained under Heather Thomas, founder of Flex Studio Singapore, completing a 600-hour programme rooted in classical Pilates tradition. Patt now leads private and small group sessions with a nurturing approach that combines technical precision and personal care for expectant mothers.
