Leading the way is Carissa Wong, a movement specialist with a passion for strength, mobility, and skill-building. Known for her dynamic and accessible teaching style, she helps students unlock their unique movement potential, whether on the mat, in the gym, or out on the track. Carissa currently teaches studio classes in Singapore, designs online programmes for the Ganbaru Method app, and offers personal training to help individuals move smarter and feel stronger.
