Meet Your Instructor: Angelita Yauretsi
Angelita Yauretsi is a well-established yoga instructor known for her inclusive and holistic approach. With over 500 hours of certified training in Restorative, Pre- and Postnatal Yoga, and Reiki, Angelita brings a deep understanding of the body and breath to every class. She is the founder of AY Yoga and previously Yoga Mamas Saigon, and continues to guide students in Singapore through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. A returning Glow Wellness Festival host, Angelita’s teaching helps each student discover their own path to freedom in movement.
