I HAVE REGISTERED AND MADE PAYMENT. WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION E-MAIL?

A couple of reasons you may not have received your confirmation email: 1) Due to your mailbox settings, it could have been filtered into your Spam or Junk folders. 2) Your registration was unsuccessful. 3) The email address that you have entered at the point of registration is incorrect or invalid. Drop us an e-mail at hello@glowfestival.sg, along with the e-mail address you used during the registration and we can check your registration status.
