A flow of energy around Marina Bay. As we embark on a group morning movement to kick start the day, we will start by clearing our minds and setting our intention for the activity ahead, this will be followed by a dynamic warmup, involving pair and group exercises. Once we are warmed up, we will kick start our journey exploring gardens by the bay, meandering through the lush greenery, beautiful architecture and on to the ocean view, then coming around full circle to return to where we began.

Long-term LKM meditators are reported to have a lifelong change of positive psychological characteristics such as empathy, motivation, and honesty. This may explain why LKM is known to help you increase well-being and loving energy toward yourself and others.
