Angie is a yoga instructor who believes in yoga as a powerful tool for individuals to be their more resilient self – both physically and mentally. Having taught for almost 10 years and led countless immersions and teacher trainings over the years, Angie’s teaching philosophy lies in making yoga accessible and to empower individuals to find ease through this profound movement practice. She is also currently deep diving into harnessing the potential of yoga in the rehabilitation space, to help individuals lead a pain free life.
