Guiding the session are Nelson Wong and Ian Tan, two passionate coaches who bring a balance of energy, expertise, and support. Nelson, co-founder of Superhero Runners, has over a decade of experience building inclusive fitness communities and believes in making movement fun and motivating for all. Ian is a personal trainer, coach, and sports massage therapist with a deep passion for performance, recovery, and helping others reach new heights.
