Your instructor, Mr Toh Kian Lee of the World Nam Wah Pai Association, left behind a career in engineering to pursue his passion for martial arts and healing. With decades of experience and a heart for teaching, Mr Toh has made it his life’s work to help others prevent illness, manage pain and cultivate longevity. He now teaches at NUS, passing down traditional techniques to a new generation, and empowering others to live with strength, intention and balance.
