Soundbath Session

Using a variety of instruments, including gongs, metal and crystal singing bowls, and even the tingsha, a Sound Bath can bring relief to those facing stress, anxiety, insomnia, pain and more.

This session will help you destress and feel relieved. Deep relaxation, commonly experienced during the session, enables one to enter a state of recovery and rest, which many lack even when turning in for the night.

Since 2018, when she travelled to Nepal to earn her Certified Sound Bowl Therapist qualification, she has continually advanced her expertise. Now, with over 25 years of experience leading yoga and Pilates, Dawn delivers transformative sessions that energise both body and mind. She empowers participants to move purposefully and breathe with intention, ensuring each experience leaves you recharged—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
