You’ll be guided through a calming sequence of breath awareness, simple body relaxation, and an immersive sound journey designed to help your nervous system settle. As your body softens and your mind quiets, the session opens into a shared moment of stillness and collective humming, inviting you to experience the subtle resonance of sound within yourself and with others.

SPACE2B is a science-driven wellness sanctuary dedicated to nervous system recovery, preventive health, and restorative mind-body experiences. Through guided meditation, breathwork, and immersive sound, it offers structured sessions that help the body and mind decelerate, reset, and renew.

 

Helen Lee:
These experiences are led by Helen Lee, an internationally acclaimed sound healer, expressive arts practitioner, and educator with over four decades of experience in music, art, and holistic wellness. Holding a Master’s in Piano Performance and multiple certifications across sound healing, hypnotherapy, meditation, TRE®, expressive arts, Yin Yoga, and Reiki, she brings a deeply informed, person-centred approach. An award-winning visual artist and UOB Painting of the Year recipient, Helen integrates sound, movement, and creative expression to release tension, restore balance, and support inner transformation.
